Solo guest bookings are the perfect way to fully embrace the experience and enjoy the entire space to yourself.
Group bookings are ideal if you would prefer to spend retime with your private group of like-minded friends.
While aimed at women, all are welcome, just reach out to us.

Forest Immersion Sessions our take on Forest Bathing aka Shinrin-yoku, the traditional Japanese practice of slowing down and engaging the senses in nature, proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and boost the immune system.
